1.1. Marcabien provides digital services for trademark registration assistance. No physical product is delivered.
1.2. After completing the order, the user can track the status of their trademark registration through the user panel.
1.3. The registration process duration varies depending on the chosen country and the respective trademark office's processing times. Marcabien does not guarantee expedited processing.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy
2.1. Users may cancel their order within 24 hours after payment and receive a full refund.
2.2. If cancellation occurs after 24 hours but before the application is submitted to the relevant trademark office, a partial refund will be issued after deducting processing costs.
2.3. Once the application has been submitted to the relevant trademark office, no cancellations or refunds are possible.
2.4. By completing the purchase, the user agrees to these terms and conditions.
